He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Second Upper Honours) and a Master of Science (GPA 4.82/5.00), both in Economics from Nanyang Technological University. He topped his MSc cohort in 2015/2016.

Mr Zhuo is a proponent of adopting a constructivist approach towards learning.
Put simply, he believes that students learn best by actively building and constructung their own answers, rather than passively receive information, as taught in many schools.
Active learners are taught to reconcile new knowledge with what they have learnt from schools and personal experiences.
